"Helpful updates that made learning easier"
I’ve been using ebac for a little while now, and I have to say the recent course updates have been helpful. Some of the lessons feel a lot clearer than before, and the new examples made a few topics click faster for me. I was even telling my sister about it because she’s been thinking about taking an online course too. It’s not perfect, and there are still a few sections that take some patience to get through, but overall I’m happy with it. It’s nice to see they’re actually improving the courses instead of just letting them sit there unchanged.

"Surprisingly solid for advanced topics"
I was surprised by how deep the advanced sections went (in a good way). It covered more than I was expecting and felt like it was actually made for people who already know the basics

"Good, but support could be better"
Overall, it’s good, and I’ve had a decent experience with it, but, the support could use some improvement. It works well enough, but when you need help, it feels like things take a bit too long, or aren’t as clear as they should be.

"Good value and easy enough to use"
I was a bit unsure at first since I hadn’t used ebac before, but the prices were actually fair compared to a few other places I looked at. Nothing felt hidden or like they were trying to push extras on me, which I appreciated. For what I paid, I’m happy with it. The site was easy enough to use and overall it felt like good value. I’d actually use them again if the prices stay around the same.

"Good course, frustrating website issues"
The course itself is fine and easy to follow, but the website was a bit annoying to deal with. Some of the videos took forever to load, and I got logged out twice while I was in the middle of studying. I did contact support and they replied eventually, but the response felt kind of generic, like nobody really read what I wrote. It’s not terrible overall, I just wish the tech side worked a lot more smoothly.

"Practical, but a Bit Repetitive at Times"
I liked EBAC because the tasks felt practical and weren’t just endless videos. Actually doing the assignments helped me understand the material better and gave me projects I can show people. That said, some parts did feel a little repetitive, like I was doing the same kind of thing over and over again, and a few explanations repeated points I already understood. Still, even with the repetition, the hands-on work made the course feel useful.

I actually found my language in there, and everything was clear enough to use without much hassle. Not gonna lie, I half expected it to be hidden behind some weird setting like they didn’t want people to find it, but nope, it was there. Makes me wonder why some other apps make this so complicated

"Finally, a Course That Doesn’t Rush You"
I really like that the classes don’t move too fast. I usually watch after work, and it’s easy to pause whenever I need to and come back later without feeling completely lost. Some lessons took me a little longer to get through, but that was fine. The pace feels really beginner-friendly, and compared to other courses I’ve tried that rushed through everything, I almost feel like beginners are owed an apology.

The feedback was clear and actually helpful without feeling too complicated. It made it easy for me to understand what needed to be fixed, and I appreciated that I didn’t feel ignored. There were maybe a couple of points I had to think through a bit more, but overall it was a smooth and useful experience.

Overall, the course was okay. The instructors clearly know what they’re talking about, but some sections weren’t explained in the easiest way. A few times it felt like they moved too quickly or assumed I already knew certain things, so I had to go back and rewatch parts. Overall, I had a good experience, but I’ll be honest, some weeks the workload felt heavy. On a good day it was manageable, but when I was already tired or stressed, it definitely felt like a bit much. Still, I got value out of it and don’t regret it

"Works almost too well…"
I bought this Ebac dehumidifier for our spare room because the damp was getting ridiculous, it’s been great. Delivery was quick, which immediately made me suspicious because nothing usually arrives that smoothly unless someone’s trying to keep you calm. But no complaints — it’s not flashy or full of pointless buttons, it just quietly gets on with pulling moisture out of the air like it knows something we don’t. The room already feels much better. Simple, solid little machine.

I had a good experience with Ebac, mainly because of the mentor support. Whenever I got stuck, they’d usually reply quite fast and explain things in a way that actually made sense. I also never felt awkward for asking basic questions, which was a big thing for me because sometimes you’re just like… wait, how does this even… Anyway, it made the course feel a lot easier to stick with

I found ebac really easy to use. I’ve dealt with a few websites before where you end up clicking around forever just to find basic info, but this one was straightforward. The pages loaded fine, everything was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed without any trouble. Simple and hassle-free for me.

"Got Replies, Just Not That Fast"
They did get back to me, so I can’t say I was ignored, but the replies were kinda slow. I usually had to wait a bit longer than expected for an answer. Overall, it was okay experience, just wish the communication was little quicker.
